Ainuke diiselmootoriga täisvereline AMG. Aastatel 2002-2004 proovis Mercedes-AMG diisliga maailma vallutada, võttes w203 c270, tõstis viiesilindrilise mootori kubatuuri kolmeliitriseks, vahetas turbo suurema vastu, muutis vedrustust, pidureid ja välimust- diisel AMG oli sündinud. Aga kuna hind oli peaaegu sama, mis sõsaral C32AMG, või ka näiteks BMW M3, siis müügiedu ei järgnenud ja 2004 tõmmati pistik seinast. Sellegipoolest on tegemist vastupidava ja kiire autoga omas ajas ja ka praegugi- võimsust 170kw, kiirendus sajani 6,8s- see oli sajandi alguses diisli kohta väga hea. Konkreetne auto on heas korras, salong korralik, veermik ja tehnika samuti. Ainukeseks murekohaks on rooste, selle ajastu Mercedeste tüüpviga. Tagaluuk, juhi ukse alaserv, esitiivad, tagatiivad.
